Requirements:
Experience:
• 1-2 years experience
• Prior professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices
Legal & Business Readiness:
• Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
• Must understand this is a 1099 contractor role, not employment
• Responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
Work Quality & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow specific client instructions and customized checklists
• Time management skills to arrive on time and complete cleanings efficiently
Independence & Professionalism:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable and punctual for all scheduled cleanings
• Professional and respectful communication with clients and team
Equipment & Supplies:
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.)
• Maintain clean, working equipment
Transportation & Communication:
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to client locations
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with data for communication, GPS navigation, and job reporting
