What areas do you service?

We currently service surrounding Loganville, Atlanta Metro area and Augusta, Georgia. If you are unsure if we service your area, feel free to call us.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we bring our own eco-friendly supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know ahead of time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s up to you! Many clients provide a code or key, while others prefer to be home. We will confirm your preference when booking.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen counters, exterior appliances, bathrooms, and trash removal. For a full list, visit our service listing.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured to protect your home and our cleaners while providing services.

How do I pay for the cleaning?

We only accept card payments through our booking platform. Invoices will be distributed upon completion of service.

Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings at discounted rates to keep your home consistently fresh. One time cleaning is also available.

How long will the cleaning take?

Timing depends on the size and condition of your home: • Apartments: 1.5–3 hours • Standard home: 2–4 hours • Deep cleans: 3–6 hours We will give you a better estimate after your initial booking details.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If we miss something, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address it at no extra charge.
